UX Audit - Mobile Browser

In 2022, Home24 acquired the brand BUTLERS, a homeware and accessories shop, known by 40M of German people. By now, the BUTLERS stores have been slightly rebranded to include the @home24 logo. BUTLERS needs to be more visible on Home 24, if people shop in BUTLERS they should ideally remain in this funnel.

  • Enhanced brand visibility through integration of BUTLERS’ green colour and logo across Home24

  • Introduced “Complete the Look” feature to showcase complementary products from both brands

  • Integrated a shared “Showroom” to inspire customers and promote cross-brand discovery

  • Enabled seamless cross-store purchases within a single transaction for a unified shopping experience

  • Implemented brand-specific colour tags in the checkout process for clear item differentiation

  • Prioritized the BUTLERS Shop at the top of the burger menu to improve navigation and accessibility
