In 2022, Home24 acquired the brand BUTLERS, a homeware and accessories shop, known by 40M of German people. By now, the BUTLERS stores have been slightly rebranded to include the @home24 logo. BUTLERS needs to be more visible on Home 24, if people shop in BUTLERS they should ideally remain in this funnel.
To streamline the customer journey across Home24 and BUTLERS, this solution focuses on increasing BUTLERS' visibility on Home24 through the use of its green brand colour and logo. Features like "Complete the Look" and a shared "Showroom" highlight complementary products from both brands, while enabling cross-store purchases in a single transaction. Customers can easily switch between shops, with colour tags in the checkout process to differentiate items by brand. Additionally, the BUTLERS Shop is prioritized at the top of the burger menu for improved navigation and accessibility.
